The art of coaching has been practiced between human beings since the dawn
of time. Coaching is the commitment of one human being to support and direct
the talents of another bringing forth their greatness that often lies dormant or
untapped within. Many coaching models have been developed over the years.
The Self-Generative Fulfillment
Model of Wholeness and
Life Design™
is an interdisciplinary, spiritually based approach to teaching willing
individuals how to fully harness their unique brand of personal power and
consciously apply it in the creation of a magnificent, balanced, joyful and
purpose-guided life.
This model is a life practice developed by Michelle Sherman,
Executive Director of The
VAST
Institute for Human Endeavor as the direct result of her
eighteen years of coaching experience, personal
healing work and spiritual inquiry. Those who choose to apply this model to their life,
learn the art of thriving and conscious manifestation by tapping into their
wholeness and personal magnificence. They experience ease, abundance and a
deep abiding peace as they boldly weave their life tapestry.

Design™ has been successfully applied to business development as
well as life fulfillment pursuits.
The VAST Self-Generative Fulfillment Model
of Wholeness and Life Design™. coursework is comprised of two sequential offerings:
Coaching as a Healing Art and Spiritual
Practice™
Module One: Impeccable Being
This foundation level class is designed for coaches, healers,
therapists, mentors and visionaries interested in integrating the VAST
model
into their practice and approach to life.
What is the Self-Generative Fulfillment Model of Wholeness and
Life Design™ ?
The model facilitates a human technology
transfer that teaches individuals a customized set of Original Thinking™
and Self-Wisdom™ techniques via one-on-one
coaching and mentoring. Committed individuals learn to identify, understand
and integrate the distinct realms of their personal power while developing a
life construction strategy that honors their uniqueness.
Upon completion of the course work each graduate will be
issued a certificate of completion from the VAST Institute for Human
Endeavor. We are now interviewing program candidates for enrollment in the
February 2007 class.
Module Two: Masterpiece of Humanity™
This mastery level class is for those who choose to become certified
by the VAST Institute for Human Endeavor to practice
and share this model in their life and work. This advanced level class is
for those who are dedicated to the teaching and sharing of the Self-Generative Fulfillment Model of Wholeness and
Life Design™ as one opportunity to simply and
elegantly uplift
human consciousness.

Prerequisite Module One. Each certified graduate will be issued a VAST
Institute Masterpiece of Humanity™ certification. "Those
who become certified may be invited to participate in the VAST Institute think-tank and
